Who is Tomik Dash?
An editor, a stylist, a haircolorist, a go-getter. Also known to throw a wrench or two into the ATL party scene. Surveyor of the world, and purveyor to it’s social scenes. I have been a resident of New York, Chicago, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and Los Angeles, and am in no hurry to settle anytime soon. I’ve used to model and have taken part in fashion shows for the like of Energie+Miss 60, Sean Jean, Royal Underground by Nikki Sixx, and was even one of a handful of male models that Betsey Johnson personally selected for her Spring/Summer 2010 Presentation at New York Fashion Week.
Mediocrity is never an option in any aspects of my life and I always feels that I deserve better. My love for fashion sparked in high school, probably out of desire to not conform, but quickly evolving into a fascination with all things sartorial. My style, like everyone else’s, reflects my personality. And there is rarely an avenue where I am afraid to let either of those be unleashed.
This blog is a glimpse into my uncomplicated yet unconventional psyche. A look at what I like in fashion, music, art, and film. I also make it my personal mission to support and spotlight local talent in all of those genres via exclusive blog editorials, and interviews with designers, models, stylists, musicians, boutique owners, trannies, and anyone else who is trying to legendary.
If you don’t know me, you should get to know me. Because my prescence will certainly be notable in the future.
